Rs. 400/- [Till 11 May 2021] Rs. 600/- [12 to 14 May 2021]

Eligibility Criteria

Following is the Eligibility to Apply for Haryana Post Matric Scholarship Online Form 2021:

    For SC Category Scholarships
  • Candidate must be Resident of Haryana
  • Candidate Attendance Equal or More than 75%
  • Applicants Must be Belong to SC Category.
  • Have an Annual Family Income less than or Equal INR 2.5 lakhs
      • For BC Category Scholarships
  • Candidate must be Resident of Haryana
  • Candidate Attendance Equal or More than 75%
  • Applicants Must be Belong to BC Category.
  • Have an Annual Family Income less than or Equal INR 2.5 lakhs

    • Required Documents

    To Apply for this Scholarship, The Eligible Student must have the Following Documents

  • Candidate Aadhaar Card
  • Candidate Haryana Domicile
  • Candidate Income Certificate
  • Candidate Caste Certificate
  • Candidate 10th Certificate
  • Candidate 12th Certificate
  • Candidate Fee Receipt
  • Candidate Parivar Pehchaan Patra
  • Candidate Last Exam Passed Certificate (Except for 1st Year Students)
  • Candidate BPL Certificate (if applicable)
  • Candidate Father's Death Certifcate (if applicable)

    • NOTE:
    1. All the basic Data will be fetched from Parivar Pehchaan Patra Data, Students are advised to update their complete data in Parivar Pehchaan Patra before Registration.
    2. If Students does not have Parivar Pehchaan Patra, they have to create the Parivar Pehchaan Patra first.

  • Fill the All Details Carefully and Upload the Documents - ID Proof, Income Proof, Cast Certificate, Aadhar Card Etc.
  • Before Submit the Application Form Check the All Details and All Documents Carefully.

    • Follow the Below Steps to Apply for the Scholarship :

    Step No. 1 : Click On " Apply Online "

    Step No. 2 : Read the Guidelines Carefully, Click Registration link at the Portal, if you are New User. Existing User can Click on the Login button.

    Step No. 3 : Enter the Parivar Pehchaan Patra (Family Id), a List of members will be displayed, Select your Name and Click on "Generate OTP" button.

    Step No. 4 : Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile No. and Click on "Verify OTP" button.

    Step No. 5 : After OTP Verification, all the details get auto filled in the Registration Form, cross check your information.

    Step No. 6 : Select Your Department and College, and create your Password and Click on "Register" Button.

    Step No. 7 : Click login link at the portal and enter User ID and password to apply the scholarship.

    Step No. 8 : Provide all necessary details like Course, Roll No., Eligibility etc.

    Step No. 9 : Click on the “Apply” button to Save your Application.
